To The Parents

Daughters gain valuable leadership experience, serve as part of a team, and learn democratic principles as they run their own meetings using parliamentary procedure, decide on activities, and plan service and fundraising events.

Fairness, honesty, respect, and patriotism are the cornerstones of our organization. Allowing your daughter the opportunity to join Job’s Daughters will open her world and allow her to learn and practice the ethical and spiritual values of the organization. She will be the role model you’ve always wanted her to be!

As parents, you are always going to be involved with your children’s activities. Not only does Job’s Daughters love that, we encourage it!

Adults who work with members of Job’s Daughters are Certified Adult Volunteers (CAV) who have been trained and screened to ensure a safe environment and experience for all members of the organization.

Members of Job’s Daughters raise money for the Hearing Improvement Kids Endowment (HIKE) each year. HIKE gives the money to provide children with hearing aids and other equipment. Over $6 million has been raised and more than 2,400 hearing devices have been donated to children.

One of the most common statements given by former Job’s Daughters is how much our organization helped them get out of their shell. Many of our members start as quiet, shy 10-year-olds that Bloom, Lead, and Soar into adulthood after their years in Job’s Daughters.
